Description: Buoyed by services, the S&P Global/Cips flash UK PMI composite
output index climbed to 51.7 in December, from 50.7 in November — the
fastest rise in private sector business activity since June. But the eurozone
economy suffered another setback as business activity in the bloc declined at
a steeper rate than expected.
